This question collects only ZIP codes from the responder. If you would like the responder to enter in their full address, you can use the address content type instead.

Validating ZIP Code

If the responder enters more than 5 digits, there will be an error message displayed. Formsort currently only supports 5 digit ZIP codes. If you would like to collect different type of postal codes, you can use the text content type.
