USPS

The USPS Addresses API validates address information to help improve delivery accuracy and reduce failed shipments.

Setup

1. Log in to the USPS developer portal at https://cop.usps.com/cop-navigator (You may need to create an account if you don’t already have one.)

2. Once logged in, select My Apps from the top-right toolbar.

3. Under Getting Started, follow the instructions to add a new app to your portal.

4. When prompted, add a name to your App - we suggest using "Formsort".

5. After the app is created, copy your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

6. Paste both values into the USPS Addresses integration settings in Formsort. Be sure to add a description, as this will help you identify your credentials in the Formsort UI.

7. Make sure to deploy/redeploy your flows after integration setup.

Your USPS integration is now ready to validate addresses within your forms.
